What are the hours of operation for the MARKET Showroom?

The showroom is by appointment only.  You may book an appointment by either email or by calling us at 604-64-4769.

Can I schedule a virtual appointment?

Absolutely. We can meet via FaceTime or WhatsApp video chat. Please email or text to schedule your virtual appointment.

What stock do you have in the showroom?

The showroom stock varies and is changed frequently. Most of these items can be found in the ready to ship section. Some items may not be on the website. We recommend emailing us if you are searching for a particular item.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Made to order designs will take 6-8 weeks to create.

Ready to ship designs will take 1-2 days to process.

Do you ship internationally? Will I have to pay duties?

Of course. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Please review the shipping information for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all import duties and taxes that their country may charge.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

We inspect all our pieces to ensure they meet our high standard of quality. In the event your piece(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We allow for limited customization. For example, we will alter the neck style, sleeve length or color of a particular blouse. And we can make all pieces specifically to your size.

Do you leave additional fabric in your pieces?

Yes! We leave an additional 2 inches of material in all tops and skirts.

Can I order an item that is sold out?

This depends on whether or not the item will be restocked. It's best to send us an email regarding the piece in question, and we can let you know its future availability.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

All garments are handmade and all fabrics are hand dyed. As a result, there may be slight variations in the colors, prints and or embroideries. We do our best to accurately represent the pieces.
