What are the hours of operation for the MARKET Showroom?

The showroom is by appointment only.  You may book an appointment by either EMAIL or by calling us at 604 644 4769.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Of course. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Please review the SHIPPING INFO for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our pieces are made to order. As a result we ask for 5-6 weeks to create these pieces. We do have some ready to purchase pieces available on our website. These pieces can be delivered within 2 weeks (depending on destination and the selected shipping method). Please refer to our SHIPPING INFO for more details on order processing and delivery times.

 

Do you take custom orders?

We allow for a small level of customization. For example, we are happy to alter the neck style or sleeve length of a particular blouse. And we can make all pieces specifically to your size. Unfortunately, all customization is reserved for in store orders only. Please EMAIL us with your customization inquiries.

 

Do you leave additional fabric in your pieces?

Yes. We leave ample margins (2-4 inches) to allow easy alteration of our pieces.

 

Can I order an item that is sold out?

This depends on whether or not the item will be restocked. It's best to send us an email regarding the piece in question, and we can let you know if the piece will be restocked.

  

What happens if I receive a damaged item(s)?

We inspect all our pieces to ensure they meet our high standard of quality. In the event your piece(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
