Return Policy

All sales are final.

Pieces are made on a per order basis.  And due to the nature of the pieces we cannot offer returns.  All pieces are made according to the chosen size.  Please refer to the sizing details listed on the individual product pages.  Refer to our MEASURING GUIDE for information on how the sizes are taken.

Damaged Pieces

We inspect all our pieces to ensure they meet our high standard of quality.  In the event your piece(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.  All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

It is possible that a made to order piece may be cancelled due to fabric availability.  We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for this reason.  If we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

Product Description

We have made every effort to accurately display the colours and details of our products.  Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors.  We do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the piece.
